1. Introduction & General Information
Niw pik (referred to below as "we", "us", or "the platform") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all niw pik services.
By using niw pik through our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. niw pik reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified of changes wherever reasonably possible.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To open an account and use our services on niw pik, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. niw pik strictly prohibits account registration by minors.
- You must open an account in your own name as an individual – accounts cannot be operated in the name of a company or organization.
- Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
- Online betting must be legally permitted in your country or region.
- Niw pik employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.
Age Verification: niw pik may request a national ID or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3. Account Registration & Security
When registering an account with niw pik, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to close any account found to have submitted false or misleading details.
Account Security
- Always keep your password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong password – at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- If you log in on someone else's device, always log out when your session is over.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Niw pik will never ask for your password via email or phone.
The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. niw pik will not be liable if a third party gains access to and uses your account.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Niw pik currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200BDT. The maximum limit depends on your payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are generally instant. If there is any delay, please contact support.
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on bank holidays.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Please Note: niw pik does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond niw pik's control.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting on niw pik. These rules apply across all Sports, e-sports, and gaming categories.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the live cashout feature.
- The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted are final. Any subsequent changes to odds will not affect previously accepted bets.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, niw pik reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with niw pik's own policy.
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected, niw pik reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment where necessary.
- Bets linked to match-fixing or any other illegal activity will be voided.
Live Betting Special Rules
- Odds can change rapidly during live betting. Always verify the odds before confirming your bet.
- Niw pik is not liable for any bets missed due to internet disruption.
- Live scores and data may be delayed – please keep this in mind before making any decisions.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Niw pik regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all promotions:
- Eligibility, validity, and wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
- Each member may claim any single promotion only once.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Niw pik reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus wagering means the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you must place a total of ৳1,000 in bets.
7. Responsible Gaming
Niw pik believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.
- Setting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary self-suspension of your account for a set period if needed.
- Reality Check: After a certain period of play, niw pik will remind you how long you have been playing.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on niw pik and may result in permanent account closure:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Using niw pik for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities for gain (arbitrage or bonus arbitrage).
- Involvement in match-fixing or placing bets using such insider information.
- Any attempt to compromise the integrity of the platform.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Account Closure & Suspension
Niw pik may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

- Providing false or inaccurate information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to verify age.
- Court order or government directive.
If your account is closed and your balance contains legitimate funds with no rule violations, those funds will be refunded. You may also request account closure at any time.
