Can't Log In
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option. If your account is temporarily locked, wait a few minutes or reach out via live chat. If two-step verification is enabled, you'll need to enter the code sent to your email or SMS.
Live Casino Won't Load
Live Casino requires a minimum internet speed of 4 Mbps. If you're on mobile data and facing issues, switch to Wi-Fi. If your browser doesn't support WebRTC, update Chrome. Using Safari on iOS generally works without any problems.
